J.P. eXbert
J.P. eXbert, The eXMAN Project, Joe Black, and Jay Gatsby are his pseudonyms for projects and musical genres.
J.P. eXbert is one of his oldest pseudonyms and the one he is best known for. This name stands for techno beats from start to finish.
Together with his DJ colleague Danny FReeMAN, he founded the internationally renowned DJ duo "The eXMAN Project" in 2002! With their style, they played their way into the hearts of the audience.
Joe Black is a solo project. In an age dominated by MIDI and effects devices, it was time to set new standards and present a new sound. Traktor Scratch Pro with the Audio 8 interface from Native Instruments was just right for him. The system offers up to four decks simultaneously and tons of effects. And you don't have to do without the tried and tested Technics 1210 either. In combination with controllers such as the UC33 or X1, you can make good use of the Traktor software and bring it all together on a basis that should not be missed today.
Jay Gatsby is an all-round artist who likes to be booked in hidden clubs and always has surprises in store!
He has been with us for a long time and is always on hand with advice and lots of energy when it comes to event organization and event technology. Like all of our regular members, he is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and help out wherever necessary.
Influences: Techno, electro, hardcore, hard techno, hard groove, hardstyle, Detroit, tribal, minimal, hip hop, trance, pop, radio, 60s-10s, AustroPop, etc.
His performances can be just as diverse. Of course, like all of us, he adapts to the respective event concept, the playing time, and most importantly: the audience.
